We've strengthened our commitment to our business clients with an investment in a new and improved Business Online Banking system!

This intuitive platform has the tools and resources you need to manage your business finances with ease. All users will be converted into the new system by May 13. This upgrade includes a Business Online Banking Mobile App which will be available for download on May 13.

What our customers are saying about the new platform:
“This system is a big improvement.”
“We like the customizable reports that are new!”
“This is so much easier to use!”
“I am really happy with the updates.”

Important information by user function to help as you start to use the new platform on May 13th:

  1. Alerts and future-dated and recurring internal transfers: These will not transition into the new system. Review your future-dated and recurring alerts and transfers to prepare to set these up again in the new system starting on May 13.

QuickBooks and/or Quicken online: You will need to re-establish the connection with the new Business Online Banking system on May 13 using your new login credentials.

Log in instructions: Specific log in instructions to access the new and improved Business Online Banking system

  2. Recurring ACH transactions - Quick Payments - established in your current system: These will stop from being released at 5:00PM ET on Friday, May 10. Transactions in a submitted status will be in our warehouse and processed. On May 13, these will be available to you in the new system. You will need to do a first-time release in the new system. Details and instructions will be available to you in the new system. If you currently have two logins for Quick Payments, you will have two user ids to log into the new system. Watch your email next week for log in instructions.

Pre-funding of ACH credits (your offset hits at release): The offset to the batch currently pulls the day you released the payment. In the new system, the offset will be pulled two days before the release date, or, if not completed in advance, it will be pulled the same day. This change only affects users who create batches with a future date of more than a two day status.

Example: In your current platform, if you send a file on a Monday with a Friday effective date, the batch offset is pulled on Monday. In the new system, if you send a file on a Monday with a Friday effective date, the batch offset will pull on Wednesday, which is two days before the release date.

Domestic & US Dollar International Wire transfers initiated online: Currently, future-dated wires are called back to confirm on the day released or authorized. Effective May 13, the call back will be on the effective date of the wire. Wire cutoff in the system will be at 4:00PM ET. Any wires drafted and approved after that time will be processed the next business day.

  3. Positive Pay will be unavailable starting at 5:00PM ET on Friday, May 10. It will be seamlessly integrated into the new system and will be available to you at 8:00AM ET on Monday, May 13 when you log into the new Business Online Banking. You will be able to conveniently manage exception items right in new system and the exception processing cutoff time remains as 12:00PM ET.

  4. Quickbooks/Quicken Direct Connect for desktop version (not online) will no longer be an available service in Business Online Banking effective Monday, May 13, 2024. Please export and import files to your software of choice. If you use an online Intuit product that automatically connects with your Business Online Banking, you will need to reestablish that connection on May 13.

Expand the information below for details about what's new and what to expect with the new Business Online Banking:

  1. Desktop Express and Positive Pay users will appreciate these tools being seamlessly integrated into the new and improved Business Online Banking starting on May 13, 2024. Eliminating additional logins will save you valuable time!

  2. Starting on May 13, 2024, you'll have access to Business Online Banking by desktop, tablet or smart phone! Our new mobile app for business banking will be available for download in App Store or Google Play on May 13!

  3. If you have account alerts set up in your current Business Online Banking, these will not transfer into the new platform. You will need to reset these again in the new Business Online Banking. In the new platform, you will access the Alerts screen, then choose the "New Alerts" button to set up your alerts. You will also be presented with a robust set of Security Alerts. Many of the security alerts are required while some you will be able to turn off or on at any time.

  4. If you have recurring or future-dated account-to-account transfers set up in your current Business Online Banking, these will not carry over into the new Business Online Banking. Please review your transfers and prepare to set them up again in the new platform.

  5. The new and improved Business Online Banking gives ACH and Wire users access to create and schedule custom reports to be delivered directly to your email. This saves you valuable time so you can focus on running your business operations.

  6. In the new Business Online Banking, you will have access to past account eStatements and historical data starting September 2023. If you need access to account eStatements or historical data prior to September 2023 for tax purposes or other reasons, we recommend you save and/or print information from the current Business Online Banking platform. You'll have read-only access to this platform through end of the business day, Friday, May 31, 2024.

An advantage in the new Business Online Banking platform: eStatements and historical data will no longer expire and all history will be available for reference.

  7. If your ACH credits are prefunded, the offset to the batch was pulled the day you released the payment. In the new Business Online Banking platform, the offset will be pulled two days before release date or, if not completed in advance, will be same day (or one day). This change only affects customers who create batches with a future date of more than two day status.

Example: In the current platform, if you send a file on a Monday with a Friday effective date, the batch offset would be pulled on Monday. In the new platform, if you send a file on a Monday with a Friday effective date, the batch offset will be pulled on Wednesday.
