German American Bank is excited to once again sponsor the EVERFI Financial Literacy Bee, a financial literacy challenge taking place April 7-21, 2023. The financial literacy course is available for students and their parents and features an essay contest open to junior high and high school students (ages 13-19). Those submitting an essay have the opportunity to compete for the following: 

EVERFI Regional Prize

1st Place - $500 VISA Gift Card

German American Bank Prizes

1st & 2nd Place in Indiana - $500 

1st & 2nd Place in Kentucky - $500 

How It Works

Step 1: Complete the financial literacy lessons anytime from April 7-21. Find the link to the coursework below.  (Each module takes approximately 10 minutes to complete) 

Step 2: Any junior high or high school student (age 13-19) who would like to compete for the gift card prizes can use what they've learned to submit a short essay on your biggest financial dream and how you plan to achieve it. The course link will lead you to the essay question. The essay must be submitted by April 21st.
