Jim Baumann II

Jim attended MATC in Madison, Wisconsin, and went to The Hartford School of Insurance in 2003, the year he started his insurance career. Prior to insurance, he was a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing for an international training company and helped establish and achieve strategic growth for eight years consecutively. Jim, originally from Louisville, Kentucky, has also lived in Madison, Wisconsin; Munich, Germany; and Chattanooga, Tennessee. Jim has served on the Board of Sparc Hope and now sits as a Finance Committee member. He lives on the east end of Louisville with his wife, Amy. They have two children, Hilton and Hailey. Jim enjoys serving at church, playing golf and guitar and attending sporting events. The Ryder Cup at Valhalla has been his favorite golf event so far.
