German American Bank announces the promotion of Eldridge L. Harris to Mortgage Sales Manager. Harris will lead the company’s mortgage loan originators in Southeast Indiana, Greater Louisville and the surrounding counties. He will have an active role in helping his team to provide customized lending solutions while delivering customer service excellence.
“Our German American team and customers will benefit greatly from Eldridge’s leadership and vast knowledge of the mortgage industry,” states Adrian Brown, German American Regional President. Harris brings over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry with a specialty in residential mortgage lending. He joined German American Bank in 2020 as the secondary market manager.
“Over the last two years, our mortgage lending team has witnessed Eldridge’s enthusiasm for his work first hand,” says Ed Erickson, Senior Vice President, Director of Mortgage Services. “His drive and expertise will be pivotal as he begins his new role, giving our lenders the resources they need to assist clients through every stage of the homebuying process.”
Adds Harris, “With my recent relocation to the Louisville area, I have had the opportunity to build relationships with organizations and community partners who share my passion for helping all families and individuals achieve their financial goals.
