German American Bank’s Alexis Belcher and Caley Mahoney have both passed the required exams to receive the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). The designation serves as a benchmark of competency in the finance profession, recognized as the leading credential in corporate treasury worldwide.

Alexis Belcher currently serves as Vice President of Treasury Management and Caley Mahoney as Merchant Services Sales Representative at German American Bank.  They join colleagues Alicia Berry, Chris LeBeau, and Clay Barrett in earning this prestigious honor.  The CTP Examination, consisting of 170 multiple-choice questions, is based on the practical concepts and experiences in relationship to treasury management. The credential signifies the designee has demonstrated the knowledge and skills required to effectively execute critical functions related to corporate liquidity, capital and risk management.

“Alexis and Caley are both exceptionally dedicated and knowledgeable treasury management professionals and their recent CTP designation demonstrates their continued commitment to their roles,” states Chris LeBeau, Vice President and Director of Treasury Management at German American Bank.  “There is an exclusive group of financial professionals that hold the designation and the fact that five of those individuals are here at German American Bank is a testament to the expertise and service we have to offer our clients.”
