Eligible borrowers may qualify up to 101% or appraised value for purchases and 101.5% of appraised value for refinance (refinance only available for current Rural Development loans)

Must meet Rural Development income limits

30-year fixed rate

Owner occupied, one unit, primary residence only

Seller can contribute up to 6% financing concessions

No down payment required

Monthly mortgage insurance based on term and loan-to-value as defined by Rural Development

Minimum credit score of 640

Free pre-qualification

 

Subject to program availability and credit approval. No manufactured homes are allowed. Non-occupant co-borrower not allowed.
