Mobile App Deletion Request

German American Bank values your privacy. If you wish to delete your Online/Mobile Banking account, please fill out our Contact Us form. Type “Remove App Account” in the Comments box of the form and provide us with a good phone number at which to reach you. Your information will be reviewed and a team member will contact you for further verification. You may also call us at (800)482-1314 to speak directly to a German American team member.

Once the request is complete, any services that you previously setup with Online/Mobile Banking will be disabled and/or deleted. This includes services like account alerts, Bill Pay, Zelle, scheduled or recurring transfers and any history for these services. Your German American Bank accounts and loans will remain active.
