German American Bank announces Jay Ingram, CCIM, will serve on the company’s Regional Advisory Board serving the Shelby, Spencer, Owen, Gallatin, Oldham, Jefferson, Bullitt and Hardin County markets in Kentucky. Jay joins current Regional Advisory Board Members Michael Hesketh, John Hollenbach, Ray Leathers, Gregory Mills, Brigitte Owens and Purna Veer.

Ingram is a graduate of Auburn University and earned a Master’s Degree from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. Prior to founding a real estate investing company in 2017 and quickly building a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, he spent two years as a missionary in Asia planting churches and then devoted 13 years to teaching English as a Second Language to students from multiple nationalities while training future educators.
Ingram and his wife, Amy, a Shelbyville native and a local ENT doctor, ultimately settled in Shelbyville, Kentucky, with their three children, where he joined the Alton Webb Commercial Real Estate team. He specializes in commercial real estate development, as well as, offering investment analysis, leasing support, and disposition services throughout the Commonwealth. Ingram holds a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
